The Wood Powder Mill is a new type of ultra-fine Wood Powder Mill recently developed using advanced technologies from both China and abroad. This equipment innovatively integrates the grinding principles of various traditional crushers from around the world. This equipment innovatively integrates the grinding principles of various traditional pulverizers from around the world. Moving beyond traditional pulverizers that rely on a single grinding principle, Through the bold vision of our company’s research and development team—and by integrating various domestic and international crushing principles—we have successfully developed a highly efficient, energy-saving wood pulverizer that combines three crushing principles into one. It is a new type of powder-making equipment specifically designed for the challenging task of pulverizing lightweight materials, fibrous materials, brittle materials, and tough materials. The machine features precision manufacturing and advanced processing techniques. It employs a double-layered housing with tap water injected into the interior for water cooling, and is fitted with a new type of material that provides sound insulation and heat dissipation. As a result, the machine operates with low noise, no vibration, and minimal dust emissions during production.
The Wood Powder Mill features an attractive design, is sturdy and durable, and offers high output. It is more than 50% more efficient than traditional wood powder mills, making it the ideal powder production equipment that no other grinding machine can currently replace.

The Wood Powder Mill is equipped with alloy blades, all manufactured by specialized cutting tool manufacturers. This mill is equipped with a fineness analysis system, allowing for precise control of material fineness. It addresses the issue of low sieve pass rate, and the self-priming feed inlet prevents severe damage to the machine caused by metal fragments during operation. The interior of the pulverizer is equipped with a triple-stator ring and a grinding disc.

Working Principle & ComponentsProcess and construction

The material is manually fed into the main unit of the Wood Powder Mill, where it is ground into powder through high-speed rotation.
The material is drawn by the host unit’s internal fan to the cyclone separator and then fed into the screening machine for sorting to produce the finished product.
