This policy explains the cookies and optional external media used on the TyBroad website.
Necessary
Necessary cookies support essential website functions. Our first-party tybroad_consent cookie remembers your choice for 182 days. It includes your selected categories, consent version and timestamps, and a consent identifier. This choice stays in your browser; the consent component does not send it to a separate consent-management service.
WordPress may also use authentication and security cookies when a site administrator signs in. Those are separate from optional video consent.
External Media: YouTube
Embedded YouTube videos are optional and blocked by default. Before permission, we show a cover image served by this website and do not load the YouTube player. Selecting Accept & Play allows the External Media category, including other YouTube embeds on this site.
After permission, videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player at youtube-nocookie.com. Loading the player connects your browser to YouTube and shares technical information such as your IP address. YouTube may use cookies or local storage, and its own policies apply. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data is processed.

Your Choices
Accept All allows the optional categories shown in Cookie Settings. Reject Non-Essential keeps only necessary cookies. Cookie Settings lets you choose Analytics and External Media separately. Closing settings without saving keeps your previous choice; optional services stay off until you consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Turning off External Media removes loaded players and restores their cover images. This stops further embedded playback; it cannot undo data already sent to YouTube or remove cookies held on third-party domains. You can clear those through your browser settings.
Analytics: WP SlimStat
WP SlimStat measures visits and page use only after you allow Analytics. Before consent, the site sends no SlimStat tracking request and sets no SlimStat tracking cookie. After consent, SlimStat may record the pages viewed, visit time, browser and device information, referring page, and an anonymized IP address. The data is stored in this website’s WordPress database and is not sent to a separate analytics provider.
You can withdraw Analytics consent at any time through Cookie Settings. This stops future tracking but does not automatically erase data recorded while consent was active. Marketing remains inactive and is not shown in Cookie Settings.
