Prepare the selection information
Provide material type and source, feed form and size, moisture, contamination, target fineness, hourly capacity and intended use. Describe existing preparation, drying and collection equipment.
Match the specification to the model
The TYMF6R-600 uses 6 grinding rollers, with a fineness range of 30–325 mesh and a capacity range of 100–500 kg/h. These ranges do not mean maximum output is available for every material at every fineness. Other models require their own specifications.
Compare trial results
Assess particle size, output, collection, power use and wear with representative feedstock. Feeding and control functions depend on the supplied configuration; fully automatic operation or energy savings should not be assumed without supporting evidence.
