Wood and branch crushers primarily reduce suitable feedstock for subsequent drying, pellet production or fine milling. Crusher output should not be assumed to meet a specified wood-flour fineness without testing.
Select by feedstock and required output
Provide wood or branch dimensions, moisture, contamination and target output size. Confirm feeding, cutting parts, screens, conveying and capacity. Roots, bamboo and other fibres require separate assessment rather than a universal suitability claim.
Connect to the next processing stage
For fine wood flour, check the powder mill’s feed requirements and the subsequent milling, classification and collection system. End-use suitability also depends on cleanliness and product specifications; crushed plant material is not automatically suitable for animal feed or other products.
Plan installation and operation
Use the model manual to plan foundations, working space, guarding, feeding, discharge and maintenance access. Check installation and guards before assessing performance under the agreed operating conditions.
