Prepare and connect the process stages
Arrange chipping, crushing and drying as required by feed size, moisture and contamination. Check the mill, fan, classification, conveying and collection equipment as a complete system.
Identify the grinding mechanism and model
Roller and cutting-disc mechanisms, fineness and capacity must be tied to the specific machine. TYMF6R-600 has 6 grinding rollers, a 30–325 mesh range and a capacity range of 100–500 kg/h. TYLM1200 and other models require their own specifications.
Test the proposed feedstock
Bamboo, wood and other plant fibres differ in size, moisture and behaviour during milling. Use representative samples to assess target fineness, hourly output and collection requirements instead of assuming identical performance for all plant materials.
