The TYMF6R-600 wood powder mill uses a roller grinding mechanism. The “6” identifies 6 grinding rollers, not 6 blades.
Model specifications
The fineness range is 30–325 mesh, with a maximum stated fineness of 325 mesh. The capacity range is 100–500 kg/h. Actual output depends on feedstock, target fineness and configuration; the maximum values are not guaranteed together under every condition.
Prepare the feedstock
Check the size, moisture, impurities and suitability of sawdust, shavings and other proposed fibrous materials. The coffee-related feedstock is coffee husks, not spent coffee grounds. The general feedstock moisture limit for wood flour production is 15% or less.
Assess dust and supporting equipment
Wood dust can cause fire and explosion, so wood-based feedstocks should not be described as inherently nonflammable or nonexplosive. Configure feeding, milling, classification, conveying and collection for the material and site. This overview does not replace the equipment manual or site risk assessment.
