The bamboo and bamboo shavings grinder is primarily designed for the fine grinding of bamboo, bamboo shavings, bamboo strips, and pre-treated bamboo-based raw materials. Bamboo fibers are highly resilient and have a dense structure; furthermore, different raw materials vary significantly in moisture content, initial dimensions, and fiber length. If ordinary grinding equipment is used directly, issues such as inconsistent fineness, reduced output, or material entanglement are likely to occur. Therefore, bamboo grinding requires a tailored configuration of the pretreatment, feeding, grinding, and powder collection processes, taking into account the raw material’s condition, target fineness, and production capacity requirements.
This solution centers on a bamboo and bamboo chip grinder. Depending on the size, moisture content, and processing requirements of the bamboo raw material, it can be configured with corresponding systems for slicing, crushing, drying, uniform feeding, fine grinding, classification, and dust collection, enabling the bamboo raw material to be progressively refined into bamboo powder with a more uniform particle size.
