Use the specified model range
The TYJSMF500 range is 20–325 mesh and 50–500 kg/h. The operating point depends on feedstock, target fineness and configuration. Results from another machine or project are not a fixed output specification for this model.
Document the supplied configuration
Confirm grinding-part materials, wear-part requirements, feeding, controls, collection and cooling against the equipment documentation. Noise, energy use, powder purity and capacity should be evaluated under agreed conditions, rather than inferred from general claims of low noise or low maintenance.
Test the complete process
Include preparation, milling, screening and collection in trials. Check particle-size distribution, particle shape and contamination, then compare the samples with the intended downstream process requirements.
