Maintain a metal powder mill according to its model-specific manual and site procedures. Tianyuan Machinery’s mills and crushers perform different duties and should not share an assumed universal maintenance schedule.
Record inspections and abnormal operation
Trained personnel should inspect feeding, drive, milling, screening and collection systems as specified, recording relevant changes in noise, vibration, temperature and other operating indicators. Do not reach inside running equipment or remove guards to investigate a problem.
Isolate equipment before internal work
Before clearing blockages, inspecting inside or replacing wear parts, stop the equipment, allow movement to cease, isolate energy and prevent unexpected restart according to the equipment procedure. Use the specified lubricant, quantities, intervals, fastening requirements and wear limits.
Assign competent maintenance personnel
Electrical work and specialist adjustments require appropriately competent personnel. Record findings, actions and replaced parts, then check guards and connections before restart. Cleaning methods and dust collection must suit the material; routine cleaning alone does not eliminate every risk.
