The Wood Powder Mill is a high-speed wet and dry pulverizer capable of grinding bamboo shavings and small twigs into fine granular material in a single pass. It can be used to produce raw materials for charcoal, high-density fiberboard (HDF), and other applications. The wood pulverizer can process raw materials such as wood and branches into wood chips in a single pass. It offers advantages such as low investment, low energy consumption, high productivity, good economic returns, and ease of use and maintenance. This sawdust and wood chip crusher is particularly suitable for processing wood chips used in edible mushroom cultivation media. It primarily consists of a chipping unit, a crushing unit, and a blower. The shavings produced by the planing unit are fine in particle size and can be fed directly into the grinding unit for further processing without the need for sun-drying; the finished shavings are then conveyed by a blower to the collection point. The entire system is driven by a single electric motor. It features a simple structure, compact design, and affordable price, while offering stable operation, low energy consumption, high output, high-quality finished wood chips, and low processing costs. It can also be used to chip fibrous, stalk-like materials such as bamboo, thatch, corn stalks, and sorghum stalks. This sawdust and wood chip crusher can also be used to produce raw materials for particleboard, sawdust board, and high-density fiberboard.
