TYLM1200 Vertical Wood Powder Mill

This model is a vertical bamboo and wood pulverizer. It operates on the principle of high-speed shear and impact. The equipment primarily consists of the main pulverizer unit, a blower, a screen, and a dust collector. Relative motion between the main unit’s cutting disc and the fixed tooth plate causes the material to collide with the pressure plate, generate friction, and impact against other particles, thereby achieving grinding. The ground material is drawn by negative pressure through the air intake system into the cyclone separator for discharge, and then conveyed via a draft-free screw conveyor into the screening system. The grinding fineness can be adjusted to any setting between 20 and 325 mesh (depending on the material).
