The TYMF6R-600 ultra-fine Wood Powder Mill is a roller-type ultra-fine powder production machine. Developed through independent innovation by our company—which analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of various domestic and international roller mills—it utilizes fluid dynamics principles to grind wood-based and fibrous materials to a fineness of 30–325 mesh. It features excellent performance, high efficiency, a compact footprint, and easy installation, delivering superior particle size distribution and consistent performance. This machine is widely applicable for the grinding and pulverization of common materials such as wood chips, sawdust, shavings, rice husks, straw, and leaves—as long as their moisture content is less than 15% and they are non-flammable and non-explosive. It is particularly suitable for the ultrafine grinding of fibrous materials such as wood chips and other fibrous substances. It features stable output, a wide range of grinding fineness, ease of operation, and low dust generation.

Working Principle & ComponentsProcess and construction
The material is fed into the TYMF6R-600 ultra-fine Wood Powder Mill via a screw conveyor, ground, and then passed through the classifier to the cyclone separator.
The material is then fed by a cyclone separator into a screening machine for screening, after which the finished product is discharged, while the dust enters a dust collector for removal.
